Having spent over two decades in various leadership roles within the construction sector, Mark has built successful partnerships through healthy dialogue and a determined focus on collective goals. His broad experience includes executive roles in globally owned, privately owned, and ASX-listed companies, such as CEO of Logan Group, CEO of Wisdom Homes, and National Operations Director for O’Brien Glass.

Mark’s experience overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects and a strong focus on sustainability and innovation seamlessly align with Aquatec’s mission to solve tomorrow’s water challenges today, creating a better future for all.

Mark believes that operational excellence is intrinsically tied to people. This perspective underlies his collaborative management style, which provides clarity of vision and direction, achieves progress through collaboration and teamwork, and supports each team member through coaching and development. Mark also places emphasis on integrating client, market, and stakeholder feedback to deliver sustainable business improvement to the client faster and more consistently.
